The biggest challenge to a vegan diet is lack of preparation in that prepared vegan food is more difficult to find and often costs more.  That is not to say that this is also true for preparing vegan food.  In fact, I find it to be quite the opposite in that it's more convenient and less expensive.

Perhaps the best thing so far about this 2017 Vitality Challenge is the shift in perspective on how I evaluate progress in my life.  I framed it as more of an experiment than as a measuring stick and as a result, have been able to mitigate the amount of judgement that enters into this process.
